Under Contract: Limited New Downtown Construction at Valencia at Rosemary Place!

I recently had the delightful opportunity to work with the buyers of a new-construction luxury townhome in the Rosemary District.  Valencia at Rosemary Place has a similar feel to the beloved niche community of Burns Court Villas, but is nestled in the expanding Rosemary District on the north part of downtown.  These townhomes are walking-distance from the Van Wezel and the Sarasota Bay waterfront to the west, and a short stroll from the Shoppes at Citrus Square to the east, which houses acclaimed restaurants The Rosemary and Pomona Wine Bar.  Getting to the rest of the downtown amenities, like the Saturday Farmer’s Market and other shopping and dining, is a breeze too.
